How does ScanToPCC work?

The ScanToPCC app works with most copiers and MFP printers, as well as eFax and email attachments, to make scanning in PointClickCare easier and faster. You can scan documents in bulk or one at a time; the decision is yours. No longer do you have to scan to your computer, break apart PDF files, rename them, log into PointClickCare, find the resident, and then manually upload the document. ScanToPCC empowers your team to work smarter and be more productive.


How do documents get into ScanToPCC?

Printers / Scanners

You can send directly into ScanToPCC from any copier and most MFP printers. There is no need to change out all your existing equipment.

eFax

Included in your subscription is an eFax number that will go directly into your ScanToPCC inbox, so you will never have to visit the fax machine again.

Computers / Laptops

Directly from your desktop or laptop, you can drop documents into the ScanToPCC app for quick coding and uploading to PCC.

Referral Networks

If you get referrals from many post-acute referral networks, those can be sent directly to ScanToPCC for faster uploading.
